Please be informed that all Stock Options will be European Exercise style only from January 2011 Contract onwards in the F&O Segment. Kindly note that European options cannot be exercised (i.e. interim Exercise facility will be discontinued) and the same will be settled only on the closing day of the contract.

so far i have lost money in trading in options. i have only been buying options and losing premiums. how can one profitably sell options and make money ? why option selling is not so much discussed and encouraged if it is such a profitable business as i hear from experts ?
can you and experts guide on options selling and oblige.

how much more risk is involved in selling options as compared to buying options. if the option has to ultimately become zero, why there should be such a big risk ?
