Nifty PreMarket View.

Market ended at Oversold in the intracharts yesterday which will result in an upmove in the initial session. If able to hold 5925-5935 at the open and move higher past 5985, it is likely to move into the major resistance @ 5995-6015. 50DSma is placed @ 6027 for the day. Reaching such a zone with overbought Hour & Day may attract selling. The quantum and the speed of that fall will determine a reversal or a consolidation for further upmove.

@ SAI,

The indicator setting is for 0 to 100 and it never goes beyond 100... :)

Yes..in Bull markets it stays in 80-100 mark for a long time and often moves back into 80-100 whenever small breaks happen.

Everything is a "probability game" and your ability to look at it more objectively by giving more weightage to "Price behaviour" will reflect in your success rate.

nifty..if reverses from 6010 levels then it would be a head shoulders pattern forming.
