Sabse pahle Nirogi kaaya...doosra sukh jeb me maaya. Agar sehat na achchi ho to paisa, car, rishtedaar sab bekaar hi lagte hain. Rochak bhaiya jaldi se jaldi theek ho jao yahi humari dua hai aur kumar saheb se sampark karo.

my mock trading in option writing is as follows-
today i have done option writing [selling] of the following strikes-
pe 6100 jan @ 70.60
ce 6100 jan @134.95
total premium received is-205.55
option experts may guide if this is a good position to take and would it give me profit by the end of expiry ? what kind of profit can i expect ? what is the risk and what could be my maximum loss if the nifty touches new highs ? how to manage it in the best way so that it is profitable ?

dear friends, here is the piece of guidance which i received from shri kpl of vfm in response to the query on my option selling position-

As you have written 6100 call and put, you will get maximum profit if markets close at 6100 on expiry.
The premium you have collected is 205 so the profitable range is 6100-205 and 6100+205. This means you will be in profit if nifty closes between 5895 and 6305... this is the range of zero risk. Closer to range extremes, profits will be minimal and will peak at 6100.
Your trade will be in loss if nifty trades below 5895 or above 6305.
My view on market trend... short term bullish, based on 3 day swing.
