If Nifty trading below that H.V.trade,& shall try to cross it, the possible resistance would be there for a while & if it will cross & shall stay above that trade for a hr.or so,,,there is some inbuilt strength in the up move & vice versa.

On a day like today, when market opens @ lower level & does not recover fast as most of us expect, it becomes tough for a “day trader “ to initiate “any” trade..
Nevertheless …..
The way Nifty was protected @ 4870 …& if bears want to press it further down then in the worst possible scenario for the day would be 4840 & then max.4825…
If Buyer shall protect current low then,they would like to go @ 4870 first and would like to see 4890 on the up side…Let us see…..Till then bye….

This is precisely is the problem with most traders...."Always scared to venture out and attempt to trade based on their own studies".
Riding a vehicle without a break is dangerous.
But trading a pattern with adequate SL is not at all dangerous.
There are all kinds of trading methods and every method has its flaws:
JNSAR has many failed trades BUT with proper SAR with small (20) SL & SAR, the result over a period of time has borne great results to diligent followers.
Pattern trades too has given some excellent trades and those that failed has been well managed with limited SL.

today's gap down requires a comment from the normally
"silent observers" regarding trading strategy-
Master as u know i follow the Day.Jnsar with Hr.Jnsar
yesterday, I coverd shorts and went long at 4910NF
accdin to Hr.JNSAR CLOSING and booked 50% quant at 4947
during closing and kept the rest. My confusion is regarding
what would have been more prudent-
1)doing what i did as a strategy.
2) going long accding to Hr.Jnsar and bookin out at EOD
completly as Day.Jnsar was still short.
3) booking out the shorts when Hr.Jnsar turned long and
again shorted half the quants at EOD.
It will really bring more clarity when i make my trade
plan before the start of the day.
P.S.- Thank you master for making me understand "meditating
in a busy market place" ...I guess, i finally did and
applying with discipline :)

Golden ratio breach for deep cuts and 80% breach for deep cuts are not "rules" but guidelines.
A strong upmove in a sustained fashion from 4531 to 5630 should have had its correction limited to 50%. Exceeding 38% @ 5212 & 50% @ 5081 were early warnings of weakness.
Similarly golden ratio @ 4951.
For the day when Nifty breached 80% of the last rise from 4869 to 4955 @ 4880 this morning, another sell triggered for newer lows. (Golden ratio had no role due to gap down)
The hour +ve div played out yesterday with 9 hr rsi reaching 80+ at close hour. And the trend has resumed again breaking below 80% of last rise. For intraday long play, another set up should emerge or Nifty should climb past opening level of 4875.
Small observation:
Nifty Future Day-S2: 4829 (approx)
Nifty Future Month-S2: 4833 (approx)
Nifty Future Week-S1: 4844 (approx)
DKG - BN 9025/116 protection is the lead indicator and sensex/nifty also cooperating a little bit let me see..i will give up "if my calculation failed"
