Your question is not clear, are you asking about diabetic medicine or you want to to know about ill effects of that one spoon sugar? All these homeopathic cardiac tonics have same composition but DIACARD is original, all others came later. I have experiences of my 70-80 yrs aged patients and all of them having very good results. I can not advise to stop any allopathic medicine without knowing depth of disease directly from patient but DIACARD covers blood pressure problem very well itself.
