A Wave-Form / Time based Query..
if a suspect w4 starts taking > time than w2 , esp when w3 is NOT Extended w.r.t w1... (as in this case) ,
then does it mean more chances that w3 is subdividing or can we expect Extended 5th (1.618 x w1) ?
The expected tussle @ 6130-6140(Previous supports-turned-resistances now) is taking unusually a long time...
Dear 50 Paisa, I do not have the knowledge to guide somebody as trading is not my full time profession and I do not sit in front of the system whole day. What I was suggesting is that Sir's comments, graphs and EW are giving more directions in terms of entry and exit which is more than sufficient and do not expect more. It's interpretation will come once you start involving more to learn. Making money will be part of the learning process.
testing patience....at the same time,,cementing the zone...or supplying "maal"..pata nahiin parice will tell...

Corrections take more time due to events or other considerations; hence, it is difficult to find a pattern.

2. Very short "v"th , to become < 0.618xiii

iv 6144 6131 -13 -12.3%
v 6131 6196 65 61.3% ( makes "iii" EXTENDED w.r.t "vth" )

Since Nifty is undergoing time correction with very small TR, I wish to share some observations to spend time usefully:
"If previous rise or fall is not retraced within shorter/lesser time, then correction continues"
For example-
Last fall from 6144-6131 took 30 mins.(1:56 to2:26 pm)
If NS does not cross 6144 by 2:56 pm, one more small downward move is expected.

Only when prices get resolved in the 6115-6145 zone, could we get more clues to choose one of the two options shown by you.
It depends also on various signals that are expected to come from the market as "detailed out yesterday".

"6142" was meant for intraday only.

Shri - Lolz and irony, identified it day before yesterday that this could be one of the scenario but since yesterday prices went well above 1-3-5 line, so discarded. Just now realized that 1-3-5 line may have breached, lines drawn and then got the clear picture.

Fall from 6356-5934 took 7 days
Fall from 6189-5934 took 6 days
Fall from 6170-5934 took 4 days
Whereas,
Rise from 5934-6145 has taken 12 days
Rise from 5934-6080 has taken 3 days
Rise from 5985-6145 has taken 3 days
More time taken to retrace even 6170/6189

Please note that this break down already occurred in morning and as I can see TISCO is moving up again. Take positions carefully

- as per EW probably we are in iii now (note I am just born baby in EW)
- as per -ww=> min target is already achieved.
Think on your risk taking capacity and then take decisions.
