Till 6083-85, I would allow for Expanded flat considering the 2-min sub-waves.

Difference lies in technical status in this situation and the presence of key numbers such as JNSAR( & its filter), etc.

ORB is considered normally after 15 minutes of the opening.
One could be flexible if reversals are expected.
It is good when a ST direction is established on the previous day.
Depending on the range, readjust your SL.

The basic funda of a filter is it allows ur trade to SURVIVE.....
But also do remember that only the fittest survive!!!!
So, how, where, when, how much filter u apply would entirely depend on ur successfully backtested trading system...

At 358, 4th should have been done considering the size of 2nd in terms of price and time.
Hence, keep the retrace of 358 to 379.50 to manage as well as enter into a new trade.
Reached the limit of the loss I can take on a system for this month.
If today my JNSAR hits I will be out of trading for a few days. I have noticed this is the best way.
As master said "act only when the wind is favourable and remaining idle during all other times."

1. Simple way to trade gap up above Jnsar is to Buy One lot @ open and Buy One lot If it comes down near jnsar.
2. SL for Jnsar is 6053-20 =6033 Which is not yet triggred.
3. SAR:: 6033 As of now.

thanks. I am actually long @ 6073 and was trying to understand if JNSAR for 6073 long have been triggered to short side or not. Though nifty broke below 6053 and my stop loss has been hit, the close on 5 mins candle was above 6053 hence this confusion
I agree with your view for the people who are long @6053, for them JNSAR is not triggered to short side yet
