There are early indications that the index taking a downward turn.
After the sharp correction of 100 points from 5965 to 5865 which if it is labeled as first impulsive then yesterday it completed a double failure flat which ended at 5907
and again there was a sharp impulsive sell indicating a 3rd has started. if this view is true then 5882.20 is 61.8 of the supposed 3rd till now and should not be voilated.(close to JNSAR).
Selling close to this no is good risk reward.
Observation & Opinion :
Huge Bear flag on last swing T/B 5893-5841= 52
Flag: 5860-5841
Targeting 5789 ?
