As some one pointed out,
is it possible NS may close above WHema= 5984.
In uptrend mkt, nifty make a pause after 3 weeks rally & that has already occured on last Friday.
So to resume uptrend, it has to close above last week close.
Simply guessing.

Target calculations depends on various factors and "contexts" & combination of time frame.
Only EW study comes closer to achieving it. Even in this study, certain calculations could go wrong if waves start to "sub-divide".
Better would be a combination of TA + EW.
There are patterns such as triangles, H & S have certain calculations for targets.
"Following" in the absence of above is the safest one.

I have just started taking interest in studying EW, though have no idea how long it will take to grasp it.
Also as you have always said that Pattern following gives the best trade setups, I will concentrate on that too.

Close below 5840 would mean wave 5 not extending as per wave count attached.
Here since 5=1 and 3 is extended [1.618 times wave 1] its a perfect fractal.
Extentions are usually in one of the impulse waves only rarely in two but bubbles
have seen 5th extentions so one has to make sure its not the case. Failure to hold
this level and failure to go above 5950 should rule out extentions in 5th.

BN, which was outperforming Nifty till now, is under pressure today... it's weekly EMAs and Daily JNSAR have turned negative. A significant weight in Nifty, BN may be indicating whats next for Nifty!
