Bearish flag is valid only on a break down.
Recent bearish flag in Tatamotors failed temporarily. Instead of breaking down, it had a false drop below bearish flag and continued to rally.
Such patterns would work when market is in "Downtrend".
regarding Infy, it could breakdown depending on the results and guidance. Presently it is trading firm. I understand that incase of a break down, especially with "Infy", one never gets a chance.
Some events are "Risky" and Uncertain.

Very true, But the problem of low volumes and listless days are not felt with in our markets.
This is going to increase since the major volumes has shifted to SGX since they opened Options trading also from this settlement.
