Me thinks
the selling for the past few days is severe
on India...because the INR is now not even
worth for toilet paper. Hence the FIIs are
cutting their losses and taking away whatever
they could rite now.
Imagine how it would be for the FIIs if the
nifty is @3600 and INR is @60.

As per EW, there is a possibility that Nifty may move higher on Monday before starting on the next sharp move down for the 5th.
But TT shows weakness presently.
There may not be a huge gap up. Even if it opens marginally up, your shorts could be managed.
It is the "longs" that depend on global help.
Bears are presently strong on their own.

Aggressive traders who have taken longs: A close above Day's pivot would help.

little bit regarding this type of set ups from your
Blog as well as from dear Prashant's Blog...from JN...
in my opinion, since rbi conducted omo and bot 9800cr.
of gsec, some relief to banks. liquidity is tight, call
hovering around8.9 levels..and repo rate at 8.5.
but i feel bank nifty set up is being made, taking it
up..eventaully to fall. tech ratesare already indicating
further fall. maybe some bad news in the pipeline.likesome
european bank going bust...bnkrupt etc..or doemstically
lower corp tax collection(adv tax next mionth)..all this
bring banks tumbling.
