@4815. I am seeing that nifty is trying to cross 4800,
but is lacking the strength since every move past 4785
is not supported by the corresponding volumes.
This shows weakness to me. Increasing prices with
decreasing or constant volume. (I am not sure if I am
correct with my observations).

@ anil bahut dukhbhari kahani hai. reversed to longs yesterday at 4815. and whipsaw in morning too...
longs since 4788 sl 4766 tomm is also 4790. so reversing early means tension :-( opposite global cues more tension :-(

reversal today.
4866 to 4755 may be treated as "i" and
watching out for the retracement could be
4797(38%),4811(50%) & 4824(61.8%) for
"ii"nd wave.(JNSAR Filter may be altered
with these).
I am holding Shorts with 4830 NS as my SL
and will go Long only above 80% retracement.
Usually the market always does the exact
opposite of what I do, so let's see how
this one pans out.

i dont see it that way. technically fast rise and fast fall setup is different study it can rise to 4840 and fall, fall frm here or not fall at all . setup fails in 3rd case. better strategy wud be to short below 4783 (previous intra pivot low) with 4805 as sl.this wud be helpful for positional traders.

I think EURO has totally lost it's ground and no longer has any impact on Eguities. Shorting seems to be the only suitable option for it :)

then we could have a big down wave. But if it is still
in W4, dont know. ilango sir said above 4840-45, we will

will be negated there. We just hit 4840.
But we are near DHEma now. In trading range - so short here
with DHEma ( 4840+10=4850 ) as SL to DLEma ( 4755 ) might be the
aggressive trade possibility.

4721-41 is one of the targets. There are possibilites for much lower values. It would always be proper to combine the TA parameters befroe attempting a trade.

If you had gone Long, then you should have
reverted to Short @4779.xx if you had kept
a 20 pt SL.
Since it did not sustain, I guess you could
have held on to your Longs as well.
In any case, Nifty is well above 4820, so
you should be Longs now.

If this is a Triangle, it is likely to be a "b".
Hourly chart also, as of now, shows 'a' as Zig Zag. 'b' is under progress and it is giving the appearance of zig zag in the hourly chart.
