Vidya : What I suggested is different from Shai's method. I take the "volatility" from NSE-FO section. It is 1.72 for 25.01 EOD.(Appicable Volatility) -which incidentally gives a 98 point movement on either side (range) from last close.
I think today Food Price index nos will bring cheers to market. Shall we expect less than 15%

mynac - what about the gap area??? 5696?? it will not fill?? sir's lead indicator showing "caution" ahead if 5760/70 not taken out.. then still -ve on the card expiry may be around here only 5700 levels whatever it is closing around here for this month is -ve only according to me then it will drag for another 2 months and upmove may possible during budgest... a guess from my side

"5645-5650" is the support line as per the chart.
5625 is the lower range as per VIX (5625-5745) and 200sma and the recent low.

Dear Sujatha,Still a very cautious approach but trading above 5670 shall be hopeful for longs.
"Holding above 5640 is last hope for Bulls" is the key for Bulls & Bears today for first half today.The low roll over is protecting Bulls,otherwise......? who knows? where it shall go!At present even Bears will have to think twice before any action because 5650 is another support there, so they will have to show there real power there & below it,otherwise they will stuck.This is my understanding at present.But very tough for trading so staying away till the trend gets confirmed.
Ilango sir, today is expiry ,so it will b volatile.Sud conservatives obey S&R 5745 if comes in hurry??

CE 5700 & CE 5800. Looks like a nifty close at 5675- 5680
