by looking at cash volumes, it seems big daddy coming to rescue...

only rajagopal can comment on this...

Ilango said...

@ SUjeet,

New lows possible as the day's trend has been so far "Trending down".

This aggressive long is "Only because of 5935-5965 price cluster zones.

Caution: Weekly TA down and no reversal in prices as seen in TT.

If the expected reversal does not come by EOD, hedge or exit.

"System Sell" remains.

when NF was at 5320...there was unusual build up in 6000 and 5900 PE and that made me certain that we would see 6000 in this expiry....your periodic inputs and prashant's inputs helped me with the confirmation...

Dinesh kumar said...

charts

thanx a lot sir for ur guidance and Charts

manu said...

ps

u expecting 2dy only

Sunny said...

Hi dear sir Ilango ,
can i buy nifty and bank nifty at sl of ns 5930?
regards,
Alpesh

Ilango said...

@ Prabhakar,

If you are in good profits, take home the profits as +ve div in hour looks distinct.

If you are in small profits too, take profits as the +ve div can upset it temporarily.

If you have min. 2lots, simply part book and hold 50% shorts as TA is down.

Babu said...

After long time, NF is giving up Premium

Prabhakar said...

Thank you Sir. I have 1 lot only Sir.

Anonymous said...

Dear Dinesh!

U r always smart & sincere in guiding, keep it up.

Kumar

satheesh said...

Sir, In case this happens to be a thrid wave down then will the divergences work? You have mentioned earlier that divergences does not work in 3rd wvae , i.e against trend!!

Piyush Sharda said...

manu,
+div in hour is there, there can be a rally which can
cause some panic, suppose if 100 points rally is there
it might make sense for aggresive long/part book shorts

Ilango said...

@ alpesh,

The +ve div. is compelling.

This will be a high risk trade.

Prashant said...

a gap-up or down is certain day after tomorrow

Prashant said...

it can't fall much without some time correction
if it falls right now, the hourly chart will be vertical

Piyush Sharda said...

@ manu it is correcting only 6225 and 6337 is barely
2%

Prashant said...

downwards

Ilango said...

@ Satheesh,

Just when we think we have seen a 5 waves, market surprises with an extension or an "abc-x-abc".

Once you know your risks, decide whether you want to risk your money or keep it safe to deploy it at another appropriate time.

Dinesh kumar said...

thanx kumar,

most of the times i was wrong but slowly trying to
learn form sir's Tt and charts atleast to some
extent so that i get some consistent profits
for myself too

Fire said...

OI added in 6000 PE.

Prashant said...

till 6032, the possibility of the resumption of this fifth of fifth is
intact. In case of gap-up on thursday, will sell near 6030

Prashant said...

no positions as of now

Anonymous said...

Nifty closing above Hawala price, go long with hedging bcoz risk is minimum & reward will is good.

Kumar

Crorepathi said...

shabsaif,
That may be due to intraday players.

S said...

Hi Kumar.. Pls explain what is hawala price and how is it computed?

Prosenjit said...

Thanks Sir Prince(Ilango).

Holding 6100CA @30 and 5900 PE @32 in ratio of 1:2.

Bearish but ready for a sudden up move if any ..... option data suggest more downside this week.

sweta jain said...

Hawala rate is a making-up price at which buyers and sellers settle their speculative transactions at the end of the settlement. It is the basis for buy and sell for the investor opting for carry forward during the next settlement. This price is fixed by taking the weighted average of trades in the last half-an-hour of trading on the settlement day for securities in the carry forward list, also known as the "A" group or specified group. This price is significant because for a speculative buyer or a seller, the hawala rate is the standard rate for settling his trade and for carrying forward business to the next settlement. For example, An investor buys the stock of X company at Rs.100 on Monday. By Friday ( BSE settlement day), if Rs.90 is the weighted average price in the last half-an-hour, the buyer would have to carry forward his trade at this price of Rs.90. He then settles at Rs.90 and enters into a contract at Rs.90 plus BLESS charges for the next settlement.
