Supports & Resistances for today:-

"5124-44" is the first resistance.
Nifty made a high of 5124.75.
Sir - any clue about "open low" like that??? as i don't know the "funda' but will add salt to my food. tks n advance
"5080" is the consolidation channel bottom.
If breaks, there are multitude of supports @ 5045-62.
WEma @ 5074 is another crucial point, bear would like to conquer.(Intra week wouldn't help the bear)

"Open & Low being same" may be used when a bottom is anticipated or a reversal is expected.
In "continuation" context, it will act as a "Pause" only.

The common sensible logic behind it is that “though Nifty has come down and broke JNSAR value today.. it is very but natural tendency for Bulls that they will try their level best to keep it above JNSAR to save their positions, as they are yet in driving seat, and do not ready and prepare for their defeat.. Because it is tough to accept..:)
In such scenarios, earlier we have seen it many times that market used to or try to stay above JNSAR and go towards Dema or Dhema but as it is technically disturbed; it cannot stay there for longer time as earlier and then only Buyers realizes the real strength of the market in the latter trading half and rush for squaring off…which results in fall…
So let us wait N watch whether history gets repeated again today or not?

My take is
Even if we do not take positions before 9:30 , at 9:36 we touched 5108.35 , so JNSAR triggered short as it is at 5110/5113.

JNSAR has triggered a sell today.
But the open & Low being same & the swift upmove at the opening minute would have provided a "Higher sell opportunity" @ 5124 (of 5124-44 resistance)

We cross 5000 on 6 June , after that we touch 5200 3-4 time, this is fourth week of "Consolidation" , around 10 trading days out of 15 we trade near 5100, NIFTY Bhai to much flat.........Ha ha ha

General observation,
After xyz upward run, when the gap between JNSAR value,DHEMA & DLEMA minimizes, it becomes tough for Nifty to stay “always up and above all these Nos. So in such conditions there are only two options left for Nifty i.e. to widen that gap, for “day to day play” either it will have to go 100-150 points up or down from JNSAR , to bring it in normal position… so in such conditions it’s up to trader which side he prefers.
