Though the above chart looks simple for a breakout trading, there are few ways markets may unfold:It could drop till DLEma-5668(+/-10) and reverse to break past 5705 or lower to move towards previous tops @ 5729-5748.
It could break past 5710 at the open, gets resisted at 5729-5748 and consolidate.
It could move down all the way down to 5645-50 zone and attempt a reversal.
RBI policy announcement may act as a short term trigger and the technicals will take over then on.
Conservative traders may attempt a long closer to DLEma and keep a 15 point for a S&R for their original position.
