Nifty's weakness has crept into Week but holds onto all the Low emas.

When Nifty fell from "5725(b) to 5701(i)" after 11.00AM & retraced towards 5718(ii), it presented an excellent trading opportunity. And it was possible because: EW possibilities while a downtrending mkt reaching R1; 5700CE adding OI; Risk-Reward was just 10 : 40+

Thanks for a meaning full discussion.
Big money is the one which decides on how to capitalize black swan. As far I have back tested with same kind of mechanical system as JNSAR and shocked to see even the so called perfect black swan event 9/11, the SAR was short and for the election gap up it was long and many more instance it was on the right side.
After all its up to the media to blow it up or discount it, as market men say.
After attack on Mumbai, market went up saying they are showing resilience :) but they fall on Job Loss data on USA.
Basically as a trend following system we follow the big money, how many ever years pass this EMA trend following will not fail in a very liquid market.

@Crorepathi
Oh yes, I forgot 9/11, mother of all black swans, but as you said, "Big money is the one which decides on how to capitalize black swan", I feel Osama was "the invisible insider" of wall street at that time or his sympathizers
