Dear bizagra, In last recent few months,it has seen that"to get tired" Nifty O.I.had gone up to even 2.65-75CR.
After watching present O.I.buildup(2.35CR) & considering that recent experience,it is visible that still there is room left,even from here for any addition up to 40-50lac...So let us see whether Bulls shall take this chance or not? because it is not that much impossible...
Below 200DMA on 1.5.12, Tata Steel touched low of 390 on 3.6.12. this was its consolidation time. before coming down 200DAM also it consolidated for long time. on hr chart, it now above 200DMA and gained about 60 pts. what i want to say is that a movement comes mostly after consolidation, or conversely after a sharp movement, consolidation might follow.
I give one more example of consolidation. Sesa Goa falls below 200DMA on 27.2.12 and consolidated within a small range till day before. yesterday it moved above 200DMA @192. let us see now where it goes regards

Yes. It is the sub-wave "c" dn of the flat(irregular).
Irregular generally suggests of "bullish moves" post the completion of corrections.

You have captured the most important factor in "making money":
what i want to say is that a movement comes mostly after consolidation.
Hence, a consolidation is a period one should plan and take a position for the subsequent break-out.
Trader uses such a phase for "Trading" while an investor would buy into dips.
