Nifty Pre-Market View.

Nifty moved above 5679-86 resistance zone and moved past "5692" too to reject the "wave ii" bearish possibility to signal a larger retracement. In either cases, the direction provided was "up".
EOD, not only signalled a pause but also, signalled a buy with a close above "5651".
The crucial EOM is here and a close above "5651" would maintain a month pause.
Also a close above "5693" would add to weekly pause.
Lead indicator failed to deliver last week but poised to deliver this week.
Follow the prices....above "5716", week pivot, strength towards 5815 & more and weak below it.
..............................................................................................................................
I have been sharing whatever I have learnt the hard way in the market place with everyone without any discrimination through my blog for the past 5 years.
I suggest you to go through the simple write ups listed under the label "Applied Technical analysis" and "For Beginners". You will find them under the "LABELS" section at the side bar of my blog.
It is quite easy to understand. For reference, you can download the "JustNifty TA" excel file from "JN GROUP". It is updated and uploaded everyday.
Later you can go through the 8 topics discussed under "Always start trading with these" at the side bar of my blog.
There are more in the labels section like Market wisdom, Trading with discipline, etc.
Take time to go through them while watching the markets simultaneously. The time you invest today to understand the market before putting your hard earned money to work is the most sensible and wisest act.
In my initial phase in stock market, I wasted away the beginner's luck money earned from the market and gave away much more.
Please understand first and then trade or invest.
You could start right away by trading with our JNSAR, a Stop And Reverse method.
Get rich slowly and quietly.

Thanks for your guidance every day.
Sir, On Daily charts it is clear that A wave is in Progress downward and subwave iv is in place.

On Hourly charts, it little confusing to see many lables. But hourly char looks forming a rounding bottom.Your pre market view helping a lot to understand the direction of market. :)

Dear Ilango Sir,
I am not long. I had closed my shorts from 5612 to 5585 or so on Tuesday and Wednesday. Though at this point in time it seems to be the right thing to do... but I did break the rule. In my notebook the closing trade comment is that of a violation of rules. At the same time I have also written down why I had closed the trade -close to the retracement level[5580] and in future I will keep an eye on the fibo numbers too. Till now this is my biggest predicament with trading. I have this habit of closing the trades even before JNSAR triggers a reversal. I know I have this short coming and I am working towards it... but once in a while my intuition and ego takes over. And the results are mixed... sometimes I benefit and sometimes I sit and fret as to why I closed the trade.

Looking at the CCEA report, it seems that the oil and gas sector will give a bump up to Nifty. And moreover DR sir has returned... what else should we be expecting?

Sir
To be a successful trader one must be ready to expose the hidden festering wounds of years of bad conditioning causing oneself to take on wrong decisions and worse still to hold on to them until they threaten our existence.
I salute Mr Sourav kondu on his being chillingly honest.
It is one thing to have a private daily diary but just another level of honesty to be able to wrrite it on face book!!.
More complex the thought process more troublesome it gets and more honest one needs to be to unlearn pseudo fortress of sophistication.

It will not easy for NF to Cross 5795....

Lets SEE...

Hitendra said...

DR sir -

With the movement in BN for the last 2 days when it bounced off oversold region , NS seems to be poised to take out 5815 which will be with further help of BN. Hence had the query.

Or you feel it has had its run up and Is it wise to enter a short trade now?

Sir,

High time we should follow any of method.

JNSAR on day closing basis
Closing on tomorrow JNSAR after 3 PM

Following only one of method, clears confusion for many new traders who follow JNSAR alone generously.

Hope you agree with me!

Nifty Pre-Market View.
Nifty, holding 5566 lows, has done an upmove to 5666, (i)/a and a corrective fall to 5580, (ii)/b and is poised to move higher in the next upmove (iii)/ c towards 5679-86 zone, the last ivth sub-wave.
If "c", it should limit itself to around 5692 and anything beyond it would make it a (iii)rd wave.
Weakness would be below the channel bottom @ 5580.
..................................................................................................................

Ilango said...
For such a gap up opening, a correction to 50% could be considered normal @ 5621.

Being the settlement day, one could allow it upto 61.8%-5611.

Below 5611-21, weakness.

Ilango said...
@ amber,

When the last gap down from 5828 happened on 20th June, the bounce thereafter could make highs @ 5679-86 and fell thereafter. To regain strength, that supply zone must be overcome.
June 27, 2013 at 12:40 PM

Ilango said...
@ shriram,

The rise from 5579(or 5580) is labelled as (iii) or c.

Sub wave "i/(a)" done @ 5662 at open, sub wave "ii/ (b) may have been done now @ 5631 and the next upmove may be on.

(Too short a T/F to label confidently)
June 27, 2013 at 12:43 PM

........................................................................................

ilango should start to predict now to "calm the nerves of those critics".

Anandha said...

Does Nifty comes below XH3@5768 ↓ to go short for the day? Lets wait and watch. Hope all booked profits in long.

Note: Please note that we can not sell the stocks(in Cash) we bought today immediately on next trading day i.e., 1st July due to settlement holiday. So be careful to go for BTST or STBT.
