BN shows a complex diamond shaped consolidation on 30 min chart from 3rd June till now. Break out / Break down will measure about 200 + pts.
Nifty is comfortably trading above DHEMA and HHEMA as of 2 PM closing while BN continues to struggle at DHEMA ( 15332 ) and HHEMA ( 1313 ).

Bulls on the other hand look more confident with steady rise in OI in PEs

Quite relevant. Until prices move past 7564 by a good %, correction could continue in one of many forms - flat, combinations, running kind, etc..
We are following sub-waves minutely for "intraday trading purposes". With huge spreads on most days, this works out well.

I trade BN while looking at 3 top BN stocks - HDFC Bank , ICICI and SBIN constituting 70% weight.
When all 3 stocks are in one trend - prices takes off either UP or DOWN. For past 2 days SBIN is closing above DHEMA while ICICI and HDFC Bank are above 5 DEMA but below DHEMA.
Hence the struggle in BN.
ICICI & HDFC Bank are making a sideways consolidation after the large rise in Day time frame. When it completes - BN should fly off.
