Not much change in the Option Table from the morning update, still seems to be in a range, taking its time for the next course of action, Higher Level Resistance increasing with each passing day…

We suggested in pre-mkt view of a "grind" keeping below 7450.

Key averages are far below which could result in a grinding session if held below 7450.
7339-42 & 7374-87 are two key supports today.

You sell close to the resistances...but the fall is not taking it to the support zone yet.
Grinding stops above 7445-50. OR below 7390.

A word of caution to the counter trend traders:
Do not miss the big trending moves.
Keep reminding yourself that the trades against the main trend should be of "intraday" only and the SL should be not more than 10 points.
Beginners must take only "with the trend trades" in that direction.
