where learning ends, beginning of practice happens...and that is transformation !!

A young martial artist kneeling before the Master Sensei in a ceremony to receive a hard-earned black belt. After years of relentless training, the student has finally reached a pinnacle of achievement in the discipline. "Before granting the belt, you must pass one more test," says the Sensei.
"I am ready," responds the student, expecting perhaps one final round of sparring.
"You must answer the essential question: What is the true meaning of the black belt?"
"The end of my journey," says the student. "A well-deserved reward for all my hard work."
The Sensei waits for more. Clearly, he is not satisfied. Finally, the Sensei speaks.
"You are not yet ready for the black belt. Return in one year."
A year later, the student kneels again in front of the Sensei.
"What is the true meaning of the black belt?" asks the Sensei.
"A symbol of distinction and the highest achievement in our art," says the student.
The Sensei says nothing for many minutes, waiting. Clearly, he is not satisfied. Finally, he speaks.
"You are still not ready for the black belt. Return in one year."
A year later, the student kneels once again in front of the Sensei. And again the Sensei asks: "What is the true meaning of the black belt?"
"The black belt represents the beginning - the start of a never-ending journey of discipline, work, and the pursuit of an ever-higher standard," says the student.
"Yes. You are now ready to receive the black belt and begin your work."

I have heard about three Chinese mystics. Nobody knows their names. They were known only as the 'Three Laughing Saints', because they never did anything else; they simply laughed. They moved from one town to another, laughing. They would stand in the market place and have a good belly laugh. The whole market-place would surround them. All the people would come, shops would close and customers would forget for what they had come. These three people were really beautiful -- laughing and their bellies waving. And then it would become an infection and others would start laughing. Then the whole market-place would laugh.
They had changed the quality of the market. And if somebody would say, 'Say some thing to us,' they would say, 'We have nothing to say. We simply laugh and change the quality.' When just a few moments before, it was an ugly place where people were thinking only of money -- hankering for money, greedy, money the only milieu around -- suddenly these three mad people came and they laughed, and changed the quality of the whole market-place. Now nobody was a customer. Now they had forgotten that they had come to purchase and sell. Nobody bothered about greed. They were laughing and they w ere dancing around these three mad people. For a few seconds a new world opened.
They moved all over China, from place to place, from village to village, just helping people to laugh. Sad people, angry people, greedy people, jealous people: they all started laughing with them. And many felt the key -- you can transform.
Then, in one village it happened that one of the three died. Village people gathered and they said, 'Now there will be trouble. Now we have to see how they laugh. Their friend has died; they must weep.' But when they came, the two were dancing, laughing and celebrating the death. The village people said, 'Now this is too much. This is unmannerly. When a man is dead it is profane to laugh and dance.' They said, 'You don't know what has happened! All three of us were always thinking of who was going to die first. This man has won; we are defeated. The whole life we laughed with him. How can we give him the last send off with anything else? -- we have to laugh, we have to enjoy, we have to celebrate. This is the only farewell that is possible for the man who has laughed his whole life. And if we don't laugh, he will laugh at us and he will think, "You fools! So you have fallen again into the trap?" We don't see that he is dead. How can laughter die, how can life die?'
Laughter is eternal, life is eternal, celebration continues.
Actors change but the drama continues.
Waves change but the ocean continues.
You laugh, you change and somebody else laughs, but laughter continues.
You celebrate, somebody else celebrates, but celebration continues.
Existence is continuous, it is a container.
There is not a single moment's gap in it. But the village people could not understand and they could not participate in the laughter this day.
Then the body was to be burned, and the village people said, 'We will give him a bath as the ritual prescribes.' But those two friends said, 'No, our friend has said, "Don't perform any ritual and don't change my clothes and don't give me a bath. You just put me as I am on the burning pyre." So we have to follow his instructions.'
And then, suddenly, there was a great happening. When the body was put on the fire, that old man had played the last trick. He had hidden many fireworks under his clothes, and suddenly there was diwali! Then the whole village started laughing. These two mad friends were dancing, then the whole village started dancing. It was not a death, it was a new life.
No death is death, because every death opens a new door -- it is a beginning. There is no end to life, there is always a new beginning, a resurrection.

Knowing where to tap

A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure but how to fix the engine.
Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom.
Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away.
The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars.
"What?!" the owners exclaimed. "He hardly did anything!" So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized bill."
The man sent a bill that read:
Tapping with a hammer....................... $ 2.00
Knowing where to tap.......................... $ 9,998.00

Moral - Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort in your life makes all the difference

Without "internet" without "market" how to lead a life???? :P Oops OMG

Hi Master,

Great thanks for post from couple of silent follower to you. today i thought reply about BABA statements.

please check the below message... here i am not point-outing you here .i am sharing my knowledge

If OSHO is GOD MAN . why suffered with Diabetes and kidney issue.

Please read this and guide me if i am wrong .......there is not god on earth

India is often called the land of ‘god-men’. This is due to the abundance of so-called spiritual masters in India. Many of these ‘babas’ and ‘saints’ have a large following in many countries. Islam abhors deification of any human being. To understand the Islamic stand towards such pretenders to divinity, let us analyze one such ‘god-man’, Osho Rajneesh.

Let us put this candidate, ‘Bhagwan’ Rajneesh, to the test of Surah Ikhlas, the touchstone of theology:
The first criterion is “Say, He is Creator, one and only”. Is Rajneesh one and only? No! Rajneesh was one among the multitude of ‘spiritual teachers’ produced by India. Some disciples of Rajneesh might still hold that Rajneesh is one and only.
The second criterion is, ‘Creator is absolute and eternal’. We know from Rajneesh’s biography that he was suffering from diabetes, asthma, and chronic backache. He alleged that the U.S. Government gave him slow poison in prison. Imagine Almighty God being poisoned! Rajneesh was thus, neither absolute nor eternal.
The third criterion is ‘He begets not, nor is He begotten’. We know that Rajneesh was born in Jabalpur in India and had a mother as well as a father who later became his disciples.
In May 1981 he went to U.S.A. and established a town called ‘Rajneeshpuram’. He later fell foul of the West and was finally arrested and asked to leave the country. He came back to India and started a commune in Pune which is now known as the ‘Osho’ commune. He died in 1990. The followers of Osho Rajneesh believe that he is Almighty God. At the ‘Osho commune’ in Pune one can find the following epitaph on his tombstone:
“Osho – never born, never died; only visited the planet Earth between 11th December 1931 to 19th January 1990.”
They forget to mention that he was not granted visa for 21 countries of the world. Can a person ever imagine ‘God’ visiting the earth, and requiring a visa to enter a country! The Archbishop of Greece said that if Rajneesh had not been deported, they would have burnt his house and those of his disciples.

4. The fourth test, which is the most stringent is, “There is none like unto Him”. The moment you can imagine or compare ‘God’ to anything, then he (the candidate to divinity) is not God. It is not possible to conjure up a mental picture of the One True God. We know that Rajneesh was a human being, having two eyes, two ears, a nose, a mouth and a white flowing beard. Photographs and posters of Rajneesh are available in plenty. The moment you can imagine or draw a mental picture of an entity, then that entity is not God.

Many are tempted to make anthropomorphic comparisons of God. Take for instance, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the famous body builder and Hollywood actor, who won the title of ‘Mr. Universe’, the strongest man in the world. Let us suppose that someone says that Almighty God is a thousand times stronger than Arnold Schwarzenegger. The moment you can compare any entity to God, whether the comparison is to Schwarzenegger or to King Kong, whether it is a thousand times or a million times stronger, it fails the Qur’anic criterion, “There is none like unto Him”.
Thus, the ‘acid test’ cannot be passed by anyone except the One True God.
The following verse of the Glorious Qur’an conveys a similar message:

@ Kizar: Dont allow any 1 religion to over-ride what God gave each of us " the POWER OF PURE & INDEPENDENT THOUGHT"

Osho or no... Geeta, Kuran, Bible all @ root talk about love for 1 God. Stick to it like a compass & dont waste time putting down Rajneesh.

Every human is on his own solo life journey, no one is lesser or better than the other. But the way to find ur way home is thru INDEPENDENT THOUGHT, not thru brain-wash of religion

Kizar Khan....U have done a great disservice to Islam and Prophet Muhammad today.....

Please do not do this ever again......

If u do this....then U R NO DIFFERENT FROM ALL THOSE WHO SAY.....

Nobody is calling Osho God.....U r only making that mischievous comparison!!!!

Osho is one of the thousands of spiritual masters that came on earth.....Prophet Muhammad is also one of them....Jesus Christ is also one of them...Shankara is also one of them...Mahavir is also one of them...Buddha is also one of them.....Ramanjua is also one of them....Chaitanya is also one of them....Madhava is also one of them....Vallabha is also one of them...Patanjali is also one of them.......THERE ARE THOUSANDS WHO CAME BEFORE CHRIST AND MUHAMMMAD AND DIED UNSUNG UNGLORIFIED UNKOWN!!!!!! THERE ARE THOUSANDS WHO EXIST EVEN TODAY ....WHO LIVE UNSUNG ...UNKNOWN...UNGLORIFIED...!!!

Godmen is a term that mischievous ppl like u and MISCHIEVOUS JOURNALISTS AND MEDIAMEN invent to create unnecessary issues....Nobody is calling anybody Godmn.....They are just saints.....Just like how the Roman Catholic church beatified two Popes as saints recently!!!!!

If u follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad do so ....and Practice what he preached....DO NOT PRETEND TO FOLLOW!!!!!!

Lastly...remember we all follow the religion in which we are BORN!!!!....THAT IS GENETIC PROGRAMMING DOING ITS JOB.....Rest is done by ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMMING as we grow up....All of us ...including all our ANCESTORS IN THE BIRTH LINE...have to go through this law!!!!

There was God before Islam...There were Prophets before Islam....There were good human beings before Islam....There will be God after Islam...There will be Prophets after Islam...There will be good human beings after Islam!!!!!

I am born in the Vedic way of life.....but I respect, love, and consider my own...all prophets and all cults and all faiths including Prophet Muhammad and Islam AND ALSO ALL PEOPLE FOLLOWING ALL DIFFERENT FAITHS!!

Let us NOT HAVE A communal divide here on this lovely blog.....

There is one God...with different names....There are many paths taught by many prophets ...all leading only to the same destination....

Have a great weekend ...whatever is left of it!!!!

God is the unseen reality / element that cannot be experienced with the five senses of organs. This element is all pervasive and exists in each and every element of this universe. Each element is the manifestation of this unseen reality and OSHO is one of these elements. OSHO is the name given to the body just for the purpose of indification. And hence he had all the limitations of body and he had suffered these limitations as per the laws of Karma. OSHO, as the name of body and Almighty in OSHO are different from the view point of Jagat, but from the view point of Jiva, Jagat and Ishawr, there is not any difference at all.

In general there are three state of living : (1) Awaken state (2) Dream state and (3) Deep Sleep state. During all these three state, there is dualitiy. To visualise the non-duality, one must come out of the limits of space, time and object, and that is possible only in the Forth state (i.e. Turiya Avastha).
ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पुर्णमुदच्यते
पूर्णश्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥
1: Om, That is Full, This also is Full, From Fullness comes that Fullness,
2: Taking Fullness from Fullness, Fullness Indeed Remains.
3: Om Peace, Peace, Peace.

Mahavakyas: The Great Contemplations

1. Brahma satyam jagan mithya .....Brahman is real; the world is unreal
2. Ekam evadvitiyam brahma..........Brahman is one, without a second
3. Prajnanam brahman ....................Brahman is the supreme knowledge
4. Tat tva masi ..................................That is what you are
5. Ayam atma brahma ....................Atman and brahman are the same
6. Aham brahmasmi ........................I am brahman
7. Sarvam khalvidam brahma ........All of this is brahman

My dear friend Kizar Khan, have you seen electricity with your eyes…? Can it be seen or experienced with our sense of organs? Its existence can be experienced in bulb, tubelight, or any other appliances, but you cannot see that electricity which is formless, just like unseen reality of Almighty-God. If you know this, then your confusion will be resolved automatically.

Hi sometimesbullsometimesbear ,

Thanks for info,, my request was dont put any baba's message in blog instead of babas words Our master Illango sir words are always great.

sometimesbullsometimesbear said...

Dear KK...."Baba" is not a four letter word....neither are teachings of "Babas" any different from any other Babas/Masters.....The Ajmer Sharif Dargah is the result of a Sufi Babas tapasya....There were so many such Sufi Babas in India...Sai Baba of Shirdi....Kabir....

Ilangoji is a great Master...unsung..unglorified....known to only a few.....Thousands of Masters live their life like this ...and nobody knows much about them.....

BTW I doubt if u have ever read what Osho has said......If u do...then u will realize that there is profound wisdom in what he has said in his discourses......BTW I am not his disciple....but I am a Spiritual Scientist and I hv researched a lot of Masters known and unknown.....Osha speaks scientific sense a lot of times......

But if u r referring to Rahul Baba then that is a different thing.....:):):)

BTW...I think u are very much influenced by Dr. Zakir Naik.....A great man with a stupendous memory....can quote scriptures left write and center.....BUT...HE IS A BIGOT!!!!......HIS THEME IS SIMPLE....ONLY MY GOD AND MY PROPHET....REST ALL IS BUNKUM!!!!....

About investing 10 options.....

I have said in the past and I am saying it again.....Retail traders flock to options because they are the cheapest instrument available to trade.......but they do not understand that options are very complex trading instruments....and there are a number of parameters that influence their value....
Most retail traders have little knowledge about these parameters...and about the way options get priced....They just buy a call option or a put options and think their prices will go up or go down as the equity/index prices go up and down respectively....But it does not work like this at all....

This is Ilangojis blog and the instrument discussed by Ilangoji here is Nifty/Bank Nifty..and the number is JNSAR and BNSAR.... Hence my honest advice to u is to allocate 3 lacs to Nifty and 3 lacs to Bank Nifty and trade simple JNSAR and BNSAR......Invest the remaining 4 lacs partly in a good mutual fund and partially in a PPF account.

Gnite and sweet dreams...:):)
