Many years ago I developed spondylitis and it became acute one day that I could not sleep/ lie down/ stand...and so on for one whole night. On admission to hospital and physiotherapy for some days, I got fully recovered. That was the only time at the hospital for that ailment as subsequent precautions taken has worked well:
Stopped using pillows.
3 tel. directories kept under the monitor to raise its level.
Simple neck excercises to strengthen the neck muscles.
Life style adjustment is all that is needed.

as being anesthesiologist...i do not advised steroid injection in spine as i saw it gives temporary relief but worsens long term prognosis after surgery also. i would also not advised painkillers regular bases as it is proved it creates nephropathies in later life. best is change in life style and PROPER physiotherapy. thanks.

I have no TA file for Hindalco.
Only solution could be to download atleast 30 days data and replace the same in Nifty or any stock's TA file and find it out.

i use the same setting with chartnexus software, but it shows yesterday's value (same as icharts). it is trading below yesterday's low ema 114.5. how can we use yesterday value to trade today. any idea? thanks.

5458 is 80% of 5630 to 4770 fall. The same should be considered if you presume a 5 wave structure for the 5033-5425 rise.
Other data such as FII & OI do not support such a scenario.
The other major factor is that this is a corrective rise to the 6339-4531 fall and is not the regular bull move and the nature of rise has also been choppy.
It'll continue to remain choppy till month/ week start to show "Topping out".
Until then, have only very ST views based on HH & HL or LH & LL shown in diff. T/F. Presently all T/Fs show HH & HL and the first dent would be the break of 5368 & then 5294.
NF.above 5430 will take to new high...

OI of 5500 CE ...near about 1 cr....generally 1cr OI creates big wall....so upside is capped....as of now it seems..
