Nifty PreMarket View

By closing below the "Day High ema", a "Sell on rise" strategy comes into play and accordingly a sell will be initiated for a short term correction as the weekly trend is "UP".

I like to take this "Education" to the next level. After having shown the simple way of analyzing the markets with the most basic and effective tools and sharing the files, it is time to use those files to arrive at a strategy to either trade/ invest and calculating the levels to initiate such trades / investments with possible targets & stop losses.

As we are already doing it with Nifty, it is time to move into "individual select stocks" and the same will be updated in my "Stockwealth" blog everyday.

I am attempting to share the knowledge gathered over the years in a methodical way and the best way to do it is to equip you to handle it yourself independently. There are many who have contributed in that "learning journey" and I thank them for their sincerity. I want you to Earn while you are learning. Start a small beginning if you haven't already, growing happens.

Excitement is the first & last enemy of traders/investors. Keep a lid on it.

Ilango sir,
5020-5030 looks to be providing support as you said. But seeing the huge 5000PE( 90L OI), is it only a psychological lvl to protect or we will see nifty breaking 5310 in march.

GM to ALL,
Sir, 9 Hr. RSI OS, 9 day RSI OB.
How can we interpret.

Ilango said...

GM to all.

@ Piyush,

9 hour rsi is oversold and a bounce is on.

@ Satheesh,

That is a buy as per ORB for a likely 5135-5140.

Ilango,

Golden words - where have you stored them? An art you self-educated as the TA?

Good Morning and Thank you so much.

Ilango said...

@U.K.Raj,

9 day rsi is OB. So sell @ higher levels and the day trend remains up as long as it trades above 5090 now.
Since the lower time frame-Hour is OS, you initiate a day trade from down to up. And the uptrend favours that trade.

Bears will be nervous on such spikes and one should just trade them. One last upmove for the short term is still valid as shown in yesterday's chart...It may or may not make a new high..

Piyush Sharda said...

sir my 9 hour rsi is at 41 yourr chart shows 20. i use i charts there might many blogmates doing so. pls check, sir what to do???

satheesh said...

Ilango sir, when the 10.00 am hourly bar is plotted with the existing high at 5130 and low at 5092 it cuts both sides on the wedge formation. can you explain how to interpret it?

hi..Satheesh,

This upmove backed by RIL looks strong to clear the high.

At times market gives whipsaw in the particular bar but the closing is more relevant.

hi..alpesh,

As there is a possibility of a 5th wave, let us wait & see.
5th waves are generally swift.

Hi RajaGopal,

Just seen your 50 stock file.

Have 1 question:-
1 Do you make anything manual in this. or its just all data pulled from some software.
If you do make manual, let me know that columns so that I wont try hard on them. In my view these columns should be R & S.

I can make it for entire NSE stocks daily in just few minutes, In case you are interested then let me know.

Regards
Happy
