Mr.Ilango has shown us two scenarios on Friday EOD review..i believe blue marked scenario is working out..May be Mr.Ilango following his critic and asked us to exit longs..But as far as me concerned, Mr.Ilango is my guru hence looking for the target of 5155 as he mentioned in blue scenario :)

We get such divergent views on certain occasions. And the sideways market is only making it worse.
Depending on one's time frames, the trades will be beneficial. As per my EOD analysis, I felt that a new high and that could materialise depending on the opening.
Since the daily is in OB zone, a fresh long will not be rewarding but a long created from 4860-4920 may.
For short term traders, it is still the narrow range of 5090/5100 to 5145/5160.
Trading below day's pivot but above VAH(5132)..!

thanks for the link. It is a just replica of nse bse daily screen. For my requirement, i think have to take the individual dates associated with high/low and then take from datewise archives of stocks in nse and bse...it is quite lengthy process...anyway let me dig out info..

It seems to be a reasonable strategy. If Nifty breaks 5120-5125 soon, that will be a good follow up conf..
Keep the Sl as 5146(given by RajaGopal) for intraday.

combine them with a watch over NF and play long if those level are supported by a taking out of NF 5136

I am making changes to sundar TA file. It weill now have all 50 nifty stock + nifty index + bank nifty index + it index.
I am also extending the date from mar 31 to dec 31. So this file can be used for another 9 months without problems.
Very tedious work, but so far I have modified for 27 stock. Before month is over i can make all the changes needed and submit to you.
Sir, bank nifty trade from friday hit stop loss. Very bgad luck as it just touched stop loss level for few mins and then started to rise.

I feel positional trades should have a "closing SL", though I feel it is upto the individual's choice.
"If it is rising madly", you should be happy..!!
Let me check on its TA and update in "Stockwealth" blog. Let me know the kind of period you are willing to hold or any "returns expectation".
Always search for the reasons you bought it...and if they are still valid such as good fundamentals, you must hold them.
