What I can see from blue channels NDTV Profit.. saying that Govt.. trying to pass SBI Amendment Bill., that gives some free hand to SBI.. to come with some plan to collect ( Rights or Bonus issue ) 5000 cr more fund.. for expansion..
This Govt.. can't support PSU's expansion plans.. only can sale Govt holding and use that fund..
That shows Govt.. In-ability to support for any expansion for top profit making PSU bank....,
It is not only for Bank..
Govt.. wish to sale holdings in PSU's and take the advantage of current up move..

Anandan - well said. On the other hand Govt has nurished these white elephants for so long ensured that Indian Mixed Economy is alive. Today,like any good business man is cashing in its investments-retaining control.
For me it is a great policy. Same is the status with most of the companies we trade in. The ownership is held in tight fists - allowing us to be share holders or traders.
I support the Government's view on this.

I would prefer a close below "Day High ema" as min. req to carry shorts and a close below 5 ema a better conf.

For the past several years I have only used MP and nothing else.
I have one view...
Does the trader make the system/ indicator or does the system/ indicator make a trader? IMV, a bad trader will make a good system look bad and vice-versa.
Illango does not use MP, yet he clocked 3 beautiful trades on Friday.
I see so many people, polishing and repolishing systems and indicators rather than themselves.These people are wasting their efforts and their time.A good trader will find the good setups and use his system/ indicator to back it.When the 2 flow in harmony you have a winner..
Concentrate on your self-development. You are doing fine..Systems and indicators are your back-up, the real weapon is you.

@ Rajagopal - Good Yama story.. "Thiruppanjeeli" Near Trichy is only "yama" temple,(heard so) where Lord shiva has given permission to Yama take away life of all...whoever visited there and pray... will not get fear during "death".
And one more thing... we all are saying the reason for death..like cos of accident, heartattach etc., but not saying ":yama took life" as god has given that "vara" to Yama.
Everybody has to read "Gauradapuranam" once in their lifetime...to minimise their sins..(good for after death life) and if anybody dies, within the 13th or 16th day ceremoney family people has to read this.. it's good for the deceased.

Both 5100ca and 5000pa have almost equal open interest now nearing 80lacs.this may indicate-
1.range bound markets in this 100 point range for few days.
2.hedging by big players due to indecision.
3.even at the start of second week such high open interest in so near strikes can also give a big blowout,once the critical level is crossed.

Rajagopal sir, Ilango sir mentioned a resistance at 625-630 levels last week and tisc has reached 628 and is going down. As per his weekly charts posted on friday he has suggested a 5th wave upmove may be possible.

I just got hold of nifty at 5119 on the closing bell for tomorrow as per 5123 and nifty has closed above it, so what can be expected tomorrow and in the coming sessions, at what levels to book out profits ??
And I must appreciate the nifty trading system is just superb, can we expect to see 5175 - 5160 levels before a U turn in the index or did I make a mistake by entering as per the U turn has started?

It could be a possibility that we have completed 5th wave of C wave of major wave 2. If we break 5080 and sustain there, that would be the first confirmation.My sense is that we are through this uptrend at 5147 NS(5145 NF). If that is the case we may go lower and retest 4675 or lower in coming weeks.I am aggresively short on Nifty anticipating gap down tomorrow breaking 5100.
