Ilango sir, nifty spot has been trading below 5250 for quite a long time now. does that mean there is good rsistance at 5250? shall i hold my nifty futues short taken at 5269 or book profit now at 5256?

It is difficult to predict the kind of correction that is developing.
It could fall after ane more high or near the high. Or it could continue to rise.
I feel it should stay sideways..So take your profits whenever it shows..OR simply hold it for another hour with day's high as SL and see if you can cover it @ 5235 around...

Nifty has done a small correction from R2 - 5261 to 5230 R1.
Out of Unitech as soon as 5240 broken Though my SL was 74.50, i sold at 74.90 now 74.30

Bet.10.30 to 1.30 it was constantly trading between 5255 to 5268.Just a while ago,at 2.00 p.m.it again try to go there @5255 but failed,so shall watch the 2.30 factor.

There are two signals in the chart.
1. Macd has triggered down below is its trigger line at the highly "OB" zone but without negative div. (It still keeps an opportunity for another high which may have -ve div).
2. Macd histogram has entered the -ve zone.
And finally the price is at the top end of the channel while all these indications appeared. I would have preferred a negative divergenc3e for more potency..!!!
