Nifty Intraday Update-I

The reliable "Relative Strength Indicator"..

These days you stopped posting the JNSAR table. Any reasons behind it?

Ilango said...

@ Piyush Sharda ,

We assumed, considering the technical set up that, prices would reach around 7800/7785 initially and calculated key retracements for the last fall from 8031 & arrived at 7945 & 7970 as key reversal confirmation points as of now.

One needs to update the last fall retrace to arrive at a reasonable "trailing number".

@ Bhavin Naram ,

Maintaining a JNSAR table is the easiest one. You must attempt it yourself and watch yourself following it.

Only time you need to be alert and manage it is when prices are closing between DHEma & DLEma.

Having technical knowledge of trend reversals, divergences would add to your confidence to hold or add more.

@ nirtos,

We changed to "one scenario - DOWN " since 24th Sept-Nifty Pre-Market View

Breaking of 7842 confirms such a view, supported earlier by higher t/f technical reversal..

brijsolution said...

@ raghava..

Can i share TATA Steel levels to u ?

Ilango said...

@ raghava ,

Being a commodity stock, it movements are cyclical once reverses. Presently, it is in "downtrend".

388-425 is the major support zone, to be confirmed with a "close above DLEma"..

195 to 580, a 5 waves seem to be over; 388 is the 50% retrace.

Based on these, make a trading strategy.

Now till not break this low retrace is ON..

Trading below DLEMA as well as WLEMA..

Now HLEMA @ 439.5 & HHEMA @ 444.75..

SAR for short now as on today is 460..

Ilango said...

@ brijsolution,

Everyday, with the changes in price behaviour, market throws up few clues to "follow" it.

Each t/f carries different weightage and price rise/ fall commensurable with such technical set up.

Presently, weekly trend has turned down since 26th Sept below 8005. Subsequent week showed a high of 8031 and fallen by 200 points so far and prices have reached the zone of "WLEma less 60". Larger fall would come into prominence, if prices break below 7785, 61.8%.

I prefer to have an open mind, weigh the technicals emerging at the end of each day & each week.
