Nifty has been resisted @ "4780" for two days and the correction has been shallow so far in the last 2 days. Having closed below DHEma and Pivot, the down pressure continues.
As per bullish biased EW possibility, a final dip at the open holding above 4710-25, a reversal should emerge.
As per bearish EW possibility, such a reversal may get stalled/ resisted around 4755-70 zone and Nifty may start a slide.
We have 4710-25(JNSAR/J10SAR/DEma) to 4755-70(Month/ Day Pivot) zones to decide. Bias has been negative below 4755-65, the congestion/ resistance zone. Would it get resolved by EOD?
This is the sideways market wherein only small quick gains are possible till the sideways range breaks decisively.

I am looking at the HHEma-HLEma trades and feel
that if taking a short ( when close goes below
HLEma ) or long ( when close goes above HHEma ),
the trades fail/whipsaw ( end in a loss ) when the
close price is too close to HLEma ( for short )
or HHEma ( for long ).
I backtested in S&P and Indian markets. Basically
atleast a 15 pt difference helps to take the trade.
So yesterday at 3pm, close was 4739 and HLEma was
4748. Not a safe place to take a short unless
you are for aggressive trades and keep a strict SL.
Again, all of the above, is just an observation.
Trade based on your own analysis.

In my view closing below 4725 not good for bulls they must protect it on EOD basis. Crossing 4730-4780 consolidation range either ways will gove good move. Above 4780 will be 4840 is possible. "Market is supreme" lets see.
