I would like to help you in this regard. I can have a look at them to see if there is any difference. But please let me know first that how is your settings interface is looking. Is it the old/classic way or new updated interface. I also checked Kumar sir's blog. That is also having the same problem of timezone for comments. I think google has updated something which is not implemented correctly.

Why only in "JustNifty" and not in "Stockwealth" if the changes were done by "Google".

1. Have you updated to any new interface on your gmail account .?
2. Are you using same gmail account for both blogs?
I am just trying to figure out the possibilities.
Also these two blogs are hosted on different google servers and changes are reflected to one only.
I am just guessing here.
In that case...

I have figured out solution for this comment system....
Just Goto Settings-- Site Feed-- Make it to None and Save.
This will do comment system to normal... like previous
one...
but feeds will not be generated.. this is disadvantage.

Initiate trade using JNSAR & use 2nd lot to initiate contra trades at rock solid resistances/golden ratio/ hour jnsar.
