Hey Friends, I've question regarding contract expiry. I'm carrying 5400PE, it's quite obvious that market will close below it.. My question is what if i don't book the profit here. Will exchange close this at the last traded price or is there any other way to expire them?

utv soft & indian hotels success, and PFC and federal bank failures strengthens my point that volume follow ups along with LH/LL & HH/HL formation on a daily/weekly/monthly scale are valid enough parameters for a stock specific approach.
would come forward with other trades whenever a signal is there.
sionara for now
looking forward for co operation from u all
thanks

Dear @HariArani!

There may b some brokers who r doing these kind of activities, my broking house never do these kind of things. I do so many trades like this on expiry day, most importantly Nifty's options are beased on EUROPION OPTIONS which may be exercised only on expiry day.

hello mr pradhan
thanks , i am pleased with ur observation and acquiring volumes along with HH/HL or LL/LH approach in ur trading.
i hope, if u r honest and disciplined to convert ur observation into trades but with a Strict SL, success is not away.
The reason why pipapav dipped was the denial by the company for having talks with reliance for a stake sale.
and since after such a news based dip, stocks are ought to bounce off, like yes bank bounced off yest. after a sell by robobank. such a bounce cant be denied. but since, it had created record volumes when the denial news came, it is assumed that lots of supply wud come at the range of 100-102, so please keep trailing it with a strict strict sl, to me its a hold only after a close above 102.5-103 kind of levels. till then supply keep coming
please keep visiting my blog for the same.
thanks

@Rama
An in the money option should always be squared off before expiry. The squaring off involves STT on option premium whereas the exercising of option would mean that you'll have to pay STT on full value of future which is significantly higher. You could check the exact amounts with your broker.
Regards.

@ SIL,

Now take the day High ema for decisions: A close below 5328 is weakness till it closes above that ema again as High ema denotes momentum on the upside.

You are right about 5316 too, the hour low ema. If it closes below there is downward momentum in the Hour time frame.

Nifty is in a range trading mode.

Researchers have warned that incessant use of mobile phones may cause a brain tumour pandemic in Britain.

A recent 17 million-pounds study concluded that the risk of the disease is at least 25 per cent more than previous studies showed, and only those who talk on their mobile for 30 minutes a day for 10 years were more likely to get brain cancer.

But electronics engineer Lloyd Morgan says that the danger is grossly under estimated.

"What we have discovered indicates there is going to be one hell of a brain tumour pandemic unless people are warned and encouraged to change current cell phone use behaviours,” The Scotsman quoted Morgan as saying.

"Governments should not soft-peddle this critical public health issue but instead rapidly educate citizens on the risks.

"People should hear the message clearly that cell phones should be kept away from one’s head and body at all times," Morgan added.

An earlier study, which included results from the UK and four Scandinavian countries found virtually no increased risk of meningiomas and glioma - two types of brain cancer. Morgan, however, insists that a correction factor applied showed that not only was risk of meningioma found for every year of cell phone use, a person’s risk of meningioma increases by 24 per cent.

Ed Yong, head of health information at Cancer Research UK, said, "The warnings of a ‘brain tumour pandemic’ are overblown.

"National brain cancer rates have not increased in proportion to skyrocketing phone use and there are still no good consistent explanations for how mobile phones could cause cancer."

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attacks . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
&nb sp;
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line .
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. Read this & Send to a friend. It could save a life. So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.
