The IIP ( Index of Industrial Production) numbers for the month of April 2010 have been announced. The growth rate was recorded at 17.4% for April 2010 , as against 13.5% announced for March 2010.

The trading range may be limited to 5100 to 5150NF.
Break of 5100 may give an upper hand to bears.
Consolidating in this range will give more strength to bulls for 5200+.

Deepak - You saw the happy side. I have both.
1. One of my friends father was fond of initial subscription invetments. He had done it consistently for so many years - now the shares are worth 70+ lakhs. His four children are fighting over it. (is it common or belongs to the person in whose name it was bought). Has put all property sharing at halt.
2. Where as between me and my two sisters, we split our father's property without a single word (he did not leave a will). I took his old pair of chappal,my younger sister his spectacles and the kid sister his Pen stand and writing pad.
That is life.

If it does fall, keeping above 5100 would be healthy and the intervening period would become the hunting ground for scalpers.

Dear Rajgopal - the only thing i got from my father is good health and his blessings - he died in car accident when i was 11 - he had purchased a flat in Vile Parle East for Rs 4000 but out of respect taken it in the name of his elder brother who was the elder of the house (offcourse they did not stay in Mumbai) but it was out of respect - when my father died the elder brother came to Vile Parle and asked us to vacate the flat - fortunately one of my uncle gave us loan of Rs 280000 and we could purchase a flat in andheri - the loan was offcourse paid with interest but this is the world - regard Deepak
