panic lows made during already extremely oversold zones
usually hold out and a shift in trend takes place against
contrary expectations. thats the earliest way of catching
lows with a highly favourable risk reward ratio.

Saibhakht more or less I agree with you. It seems Panic bottom has been formed. Todays closing should give some indication (if we happen to close nearer to opening) and in next 2/3 sessions we must get the confirmation

@ prabhat from a longer term perspective i maybe the most
bearish guy out there on the street as long as the high of
6300 odd that v made is not taken out.
but as of now in the near term i am bullish until this low of
5195 is not taken out. i think for the near term the low has
been set and only taking it out will change the whole count & game :)

Kumar sir, Just confirming.The 5500 ce which was used to hedge our earlier nifty short also has to be squared off. isnt it?
another attempt might be made to take out the low of 5195
and we may drift towards it and the failure to do so will set
the stage for a rally...

2. falling crude a big +ve for our economy
3. the low of 5170 defended as of now.

Every plus position was squarred off just after a close below 5350, panic button triggered within next 5-10 minutes...now that level will be heavy to bulls:)

Friends nifty continuesly trading below BBBOTTOM 5337 It is very bad sign for market.

reasoning - possible falling parallel channel in formation (5 min charts) - stops are quite close because this parallel channel could also turn out to be a bull flag so need to be careful
