This is very good source of learning for a new trader like me in stock market.
I want to learn how to calculate trading range using VIX for the next trading session.
I think in trading markets having this range handy works well for aggressive profit booking or aggressive entry.

Still not working, I have a new laptop so configuration is not an issue.
Internet is tata photon, that could be a problem as speed is quite slow and erratic.
In-fact, I am unable to login using old version (unable to connect to server). version 2 I can login, but cannot add script using "add script" option for "derivative" (script master can only be downloaded for commodities and cash),cannot open charts for anything stuck with "downloading" message.
Any hot tips you can offer ? :D

is all updates downloaded after 1st run?
if not login again and allow it download updates...
it may take 2-5 min....
if scrip master is not downloading the reason is scrip file corrupted so you have to delete it manually...
close trade tiger
using windows explorer go to C:\Sharekhan\TradeTiger2.0 and delete
NFScrip.dat
run TT2.0 again...
this may solve your problem...

I think it's a problem of tata photon, I went 100 meters outside my home to download "NSE FO script master" ( exaggerating a bit :D)...It's working now with charts...Seems this will be a daily excercise for me now! Will make the proponents of "daily morning walk" happy (RG listening?)

mishraji USB Extn... will not work with Tata Photon Plus.. or any 3.2mbps or higher speed modems...

2G case so ADAG may lead the fall. No extra advise needed, if stop loss hit then get out of ur trade in discipline manner or market will throw out one day.

I use single usb cable of 1 mtr, but have seen 3 mtr cable in computer shop, worth 200+_ a try .
I have low signal at home , so that extn towards, window works for me.
if u do not get lenghty cable cut and solder with 4 core cable, do not know if it will wok.

A likely close above 5800 would add to it.

NS took support at Daily Cam R3 from upside. In my experience, whenever Daily R4 & R3 gets broken from UPside, it gives a good intra-fall. Vice-versa for S4 & S3.

Picture is not rosy as looks in media. RJ gave MTM of more than 1000 Rs. in mid 2006 when he was trapped in shorted Nifty. Another well known technical analyst lost huge money in shorting Nifty that time, though he was giving buy calls on TV. They want to fool someone else & market fooled them, i know personally.
