And share your experiences of "using that file for trading", if any.
Part Booking also helps in giving space (by way of
proper SL) to balance trades. Never know when price agrees

No religion allow us any self-violence. In a matter of fact, patient shud not go for fast bcoz it will disbalance body's metabolism and sometimes patient goes critical (Not applicable in all cases). My family members also having Navrata's fast but they are taking medicines timely. Rest depend upon one's own willingness so u r best judge.

If want to earn money in commodity, never go for short trade. Instead prefer to sit on cash and buy on every dips...go on book profit at comfortable level. Short sell in case of commodity is always dangerous. Better try to enjoy only one side bull trend. Again keep 50% cash on hand. Never employ your entire funds in one trade.

U properly use FAST, fast alwaz allow to go in this direction. I m allowed to eat 3 times daily in my home but in fast they give 6 times with lot of varities..mouth watering dishes like Sabudana tikki, Louki kheer...Potato fingers etc etc.
