Steel has seen a good run up ... the steel sector ahs inverse realtionship with the dollar .... Dollar already is at low.... so a cautious appraoch would be required ...
I am still holding onto my JSPL. Yep, it has finally displayed some sort of momentum :) By the way what is your target price for JSPL upon its 724 break out. My target is 775+. But I am not so sure if it can muster up enough strength to reach there.
All in all, you seem to be confirming my views that JSPL is certainly a hold.
Methinks there isn't much left in this rally if the likes of Suzlon and Rcom are leading it. My target for today would be 6280-6300 IF a fast rise were to play out now.Any thoughts, anyone?
@ POWERTRADE, In the morning when NF was at it's day top then there was sharp reduction in 6000 PE O.I. means at least today some big player has taken the chance for a day to sell something.It would be in connection of the same that covering 6000 PE & writing 6300 CE. Note of Caution, Now a days due to this higher Nifty range,these additions reductions are so fast even by institutional players that they are tough to predict immediately.
@ POWERTRADE, If you will look at 6200PE then you will notice that there is intra 65% addition in O.I.,though in quantity terms it is small & though nifty is resisted now around 6185,still it has not crossed yet it's yesterday's close.i.e. 140 This fact is indicating the tug of war is going on so we should wait for result.
